Certigo is a Singaporean start-up, drawing on the expertise of cybersecurity engineers and consultants in Singapore and Australia to address the gap in the market of affordable end-to-end cybersecurity solutions.

The security threat landscape is everchanging and the lack of visibility of these threats is a key issue that hinders organizations large, medium and small from protecting themselves adequately against cyberattacks.  Certigo has therefore developed a cutting-edge security dashboard solution, which provides cybersecurity information in a format that is easily digestible by both a technical and non-technical audience.

Founders

The co-founders of Certigo have many years of experience in ICT and information security, along with a host of complimentary skill-sets. David Britt and Stephen Urquhart have a proven track record of establishing successful technology companies, including Triplelayer Networks and nMetrics Pty Ltd, which were acquired by US company Net Optics, Inc in 2012.

David Britt

David Britt is the CEO of Certigo and is based in Sydney. David has a strong background in building successful ICT businesses focussed in the IT security and network performance management space.  Over the past 20 years, his main focus has been in establishing and managing software engineering and product management teams. He believes the key to success is the ability to build products that provide simple business solutions to complex technical problems. In addition to having strong technical pedigree, David holds post graduate qualifications in business administration.

Stephen Urquhart

Stephen Urquhart is the Sales and Commercial Manager and is based in Sydney, however he has had many years of sales experience working and living in Singapore.  With David Britt he founded, grew and sold nMetrics Pty Ltd, a performance management software vendor, that had great success in the region.  Subsequent to this, he held Director level Sales roles at Net Optics and Ixia, servicing the APJ region. Stephen strongly believes that in many cases, network and security management vendors tend to provide complex and overpriced solutions to the market and there exists a great opportunity to look after the market in a more focused and pragmatic way.
